We were referred by our primary dentist and I’m so grateful for that. My daughter was so nervous but they instantly calmed her nerves and by the time she was going to the back she was actually excited. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they’re so welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone as they are absolutely exceptional.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the Winter Haven location. It was our first time ever visiting an orthodontist office. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff were all very helpful and they were open to conversation. Grace and Jessica P. did a fabulous job ensuring my daughter was comfortable. My daughter is a very shy child and was very nervous about the visit. The ladies did an awesome job answering all my questions and really gave me security with getting things taken care off with my daughter. Dr. Agnini was very kind, did great explaining the process of what was suggested to make some corrections. She answered all my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed. The flow of the whole appointment was very smooth and quick. At no time did I wait more than 5mins of being unattended. It was our first time there so we were there for over an hour but it did not seem that long and there was paperwork to be done. Alana and Rocky were very welcoming as they assisted me at the front desk. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with my experience. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of the office upon arrival of our first visit. My son had SO MANY questions and every one was great with making sure he received answers.

Truly the best experience! The staff is not only incredible professional and extremely helpful but also kind and patient. They make the “scary” part of going to the dentist non existent and the office is very soothing and accommodating for patients. Overall a very pleasant experience, they truly make you want to come back!

Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics, has been taking care of my 11 year old daughter for the past two years and they are just fantastic! Being a preteen and also needing orthodontic care is hard. However, Dietrich Kelso Orthodontics has laid a beautiful foundation for my daughter’s smile with their plans and have also built up her self esteem where she loves her smile and her braces!

Had some issues in the beginning when they failed to clearly explain what occurred during each visit, nor what to expect at the follow-up. After speaking up they've been better at doing both. But overall great experience.

Dr. Kelso was so informative and patient during our consultation. He explained the plan of action thoroughly and even explained it in kids terms to my son. The office staff was very welcoming and made my son feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kelso and his office.
