We were referred by our primary dentist and I’m so grateful for that. My daughter was so nervous but they instantly calmed her nerves and by the time she was going to the back she was actually excited. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they’re so welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone as they are absolutely exceptional.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the Winter Haven location. It was our first time ever visiting an orthodontist office. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff were all very helpful and they were open to conversation. Grace and Jessica P. did a fabulous job ensuring my daughter was comfortable. My daughter is a very shy child and was very nervous about the visit. The ladies did an awesome job answering all my questions and really gave me security with getting things taken care off with my daughter. Dr. Agnini was very kind, did great explaining the process of what was suggested to make some corrections. She answered all my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed. The flow of the whole appointment was very smooth and quick. At no time did I wait more than 5mins of being unattended. It was our first time there so we were there for over an hour but it did not seem that long and there was paperwork to be done. Alana and Rocky were very welcoming as they assisted me at the front desk. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with my experience. I’m looking forward to our next visit.
