The location we go to is on Sheldon Rd. As a parent, it’s been awhile since I’ve been to an Orthodontist. So this was all sort of new to me. They explained everything clearly, and the cost wasn’t too bad (especially with the payment plan). It’s nice that everything is included so there are no surprises. They’ve been great with my daughter. She hasn’t complained at all about all the hardware in her mouth. :) And, as a parent, the maintenance (adjusting the expander) is easy.

From my daughter:
They have been really good and super nice. I was nervous to get my expander and braces, but it was not bad at all. I got used to it quickly and I don’t really notice it anymore. I’m excited to see what my teeth look like once I get them off.

The people here are so nice to me. They take good care of me. Dr. Kelso is really kind and explains everything in a kid-friendly way and makes you feel assured that everything will go well.

Great Hospitality and quick to get their patients back. Out of our many visits we have only had to wait past our appointment time once.

I loved going to Dietrich and Kelso! All the workers are so sweet and kind. When I was getting my braces done the lady who was doing them told me step by step what she was doing to my mouth. That helped me be a lot less scared.
